• The venue rental fee for Sunday to Thursday is from $3,500 to $4,000
• The venue rental fee for Friday and Saturday is from $4,500 to $5,000

Do you allow outside Indian catering?

Yes, we do allow outside catering. The outside catering fee is $1,200.

Do you allow for ceremonial fires?

Yes, we do allow ceremonial fires.

What are your different venue options and capacity?

• Grand Hall with floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooking the gardens. This venue fits 250 people for a seated reception dinner and 400 people cocktail-style.
• Butterfly House is a multi-level glass vivarium featuring free-flying butterflies from the tropics, so your wedding guests can walk around and see these beautiful creatures.
• Circular Lawn is an intimate outdoor space with evergreen plants and a koi pond. It can fit up to 200 guests for a wedding ceremony.
• Grand Allee is a narrow lawn with Savannah Hollies and a 40-foot high foundation. This large space can fit up to 600 guests in ceremony seating.

How long may I have the venue for?

Venue rentals typically allow for 2-hour set up, 5-hour event, and 1 hour to strike. Additional hours are $500 per hour.

Can I have a dress rehearsal?

Rentals come with a 1-hour dress rehearsal that can be booked during the week.

What is included in the venue rental?

Wedding rentals include up to 250 chairs, a table with linens for guest sign-in, security, and an on-site venue manager.

When are your peak and non-peak venue rental season?

• Peak Season: March, April, May, June, September, October, November, December
• Non-Peak Season: January, February, July, August
• Weekend Rental (Friday / Saturday)

Are there any decor/design restrictions?

There is no glitter, confetti, balloons, and faux petals allowed inside or outside. We also do not allow color bombs.

What is your date change/cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. If you reach out 60 days in advance of the event, if the full payment has been made, 50% will be refunded. If only the deposit is made, the deposit is forfeited.

What is the cost of parking for wedding guests?

There are no additional fees for guests to park.

Will venue staff help with cleanup?

The venue must be left in the same condition as arriving at the beginning of the rental.

Do the venues come with a bridal suite or changing room?

Yes, we have a Bride's Villa.
